AIBEI Bespoke Custom Head is a made-to-order sex doll head. Our 3D modelling team sculpts a brand-new face from your own reference photos, builds a dedicated mold and produces the head in TPE or platinum silicone at the AIBEI factory, which has made dolls since 2017.

- Consultation — we review your references and confirm the scope and timeline with you.
- Step 1 · Design (3D modelling) — our 3D team builds your model. You approve it before we make the mold; up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.
- Step 2 · Mold — a dedicated mold is made for your design.

Head options
- Both materials: skin tone, eye color, wig (56 styles), mouth type, auto oral function (+$600).
- Silicone head: hard or soft head, fixed tongue (+$50), soft cheeks (+$100), movable eyelids (+$100), oral heating (+$100), implanted eyebrows & eyelashes, hand-implanted hair (+$150). ROS realistic oral is included.
- TPE head: enhanced mouth with tongue (+$50).
- Optional accessories (head stand, removable tongue, flight case and more) can be added on the product page.
What you need to provide
- High-resolution 360° three-view photos (front, left, right, back). Facial features must be clear and in focus.
- The brand and height of the body you will use, so we can fit the neck connection.
- Photos not ready yet? Choose “Upload after checkout” — we email you a private upload link right after payment and start your design once we receive your references.
Payment & cancellation
One payment at checkout covers design, mold, production and international shipping. Bespoke is a custom order: once your project has started, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Privacy & consent
Uploaded files are stored privately and encrypted — never in a public folder. Only the project team can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery. The person in the references must be 18 or older and sign a likeness release. We don’t accept projects based on celebrities, public figures or anyone who hasn’t agreed to it.

How long does a custom head take?
A TPE head takes 33–50 days and a silicone head 37–60 days, from the start of 3D design to dispatch.
What photos do I need for a custom head?
High-resolution 360° photos from the front, left, right and back. Facial features must be clear and in focus.
Which options can I choose for the head?
Every custom head includes a choice of skin tone, eye color, wig and mouth type. Silicone heads add head firmness, soft cheeks, movable eyelids, oral heating, implanted eyebrows and eyelashes and hand-implanted hair, and ROS realistic oral is included.
Will the custom head fit my doll body?
Tell us the brand and height of your body in the project description and we design the neck connection to fit it. If you are not sure, book a free consultation before you order.
Should I choose a TPE or silicone head?
TPE is softer and more affordable. Silicone captures finer facial detail, lasts longer, is easier to clean and supports hand-implanted hair, ROS realistic oral and the silicone head functions.
Can the head look like a real person?
Only if that person is 18 or older and has given written consent, including a signed likeness release and ID for verification. We do not accept projects based on celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not agreed.
Are my reference photos kept private?
Uploaded files are stored privately and encrypted outside the public website. Only the project team can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Can I order now and send my reference photos later?
Yes. Choose “Upload after checkout” on the product page. Right after payment we email you a private upload link, and your 3D design starts as soon as we receive your references.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Bespoke is made only for you, so once your project has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
