AIBEI makes TPE, silicone and hybrid dolls in our own workshop. Here is how we produce, check and ship an order, and where to get help after delivery.
Made in our factory
Our team handles sculpting, molding, makeup and final inspection. We also develop new models and update the range, working with retailers, resellers and members of the doll community.
The AIBEI Luxe collection
We launched AIBEI Luxe in July 2025. This silicone line focuses on skin texture, softness and cosmetic finishing, with an updated silicone formulation and skeleton system.

Materials
We use silicone and TPE across the range. The material and construction are listed on each product page, so you can check the model you are considering before ordering.
Checks before dispatch
Before a doll leaves the workshop, we inspect the skin surface, test the joints and skeleton, check the color and makeup, and review the protective packaging.
Help after delivery
Our team handles verified quality issues and provides repair guidance, care instructions and maintenance videos. Warranty, replacement and return details are set out in our published policies.
Packaging and shipping
Orders travel in plain, unmarked protective packaging without product labels. Shipping includes tracking and insurance through FedEx or UPS. Delivery time depends on production, the dispatch location and your destination; check Shipping & Returns for the current estimates.
