In some countries such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America import taxes might be required at delivery. We have nothing to do with this, it is required by some countries and it usually ranges from $120 to $200 and up, depending on the doll. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
For some countries, especially in Europe, we offer a service to pre-pay VAT and import taxes, so you don’t need to deal with customs, ask after placing your order if interested. Otherwise, we can help and advise on customs. Countries like Canada, Germany, UK, Japan or Australia usually require the submission of a proof of payment or invoice. You can provide the confirmation email, or Paypal invoice or reach out to us and we will help you with that.
We can ship to a FedEx store or DHL for you to pick it up, instead of shipping to your place. Just let us know after placing your order and we will change the shipping address.
We are not allowed to ship to Islamic countries, Indonesia, and Africa. Please contact us to learn more about shipping to your country if you live in other countries.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will review every doll order manually to make sure that we aren’t missing any customization option, that the doll that you have built makes sense and to ensure that your love doll will satisfy your needs. Please, always reply to confirm that everything is accurate and that you did not enter the wrong details.
After confirmation, we will start building or reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm that the product is available and your doll will start the manufacturing process. After confirmation of your order details, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason.
If you want to change some details or customization options in your sex doll purchase please reply asap to the confirmation email and we will get back to you and update the order in 48h.
If requested we can send photos of the product before it is shipped by the manufacturer, once the photos are confirmed by the Buyer and the shipment has been requested no cancellations, requests or complains will be accepted.
If you pick a custom-made doll, production time is from 12 to 15 days before it ships out from the manufacturer and it usually takes another week in shipping transit. You can expect total production and shipping time for your dream doll to be approximately 3 weeks (actual time may vary depending on delivery location). As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has begun your order may not be cancelled for any reason.
Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
Shipment is discreet and signature is required for delivery.

We Respect Your Privacy
There is no specific indication or labeling on the box that reveals the contents inside.
Your doll will be labelled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).
Billing statement on your credit card will show a charge from “SRSD”.
Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
If you do not want to receive the order at your home, we can always send it to a FedEx store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience. Photo ID and signature are required for delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Custom dolls may not be cancelled for any reason, SALE IS FINAL. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges (if the return is accepted for exceptional reasons).
Products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer by the respective Sellers. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:
- Orders for Products may be cancelled by the Buyer within twenty-four (24) hours from the date and time of purchase (“ 24 Hour Cancellation Period”) for a refund of funds paid to the Buyer’s original payment method (subject to processing and transaction fees). SRSD must receive the cancellation request within the 24 Hour Cancellation Period – no exceptions can be made; The following terms apply after the 24 Hour Cancellation Period:
- Dolls is a custom product that is created especially for Buyer. After the 24 hour period, an order will be processed and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
- SRSD will confirm order details via email with Buyer, if Buyer confirms the order details as correct, starting from that moment the order cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. If Buyers want to modify, edit or upgrade the order he has to reach out SRSD asap in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible.
- If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted by Seller after the 24 Hours Cancellation Period. The cancellation will be subject to a Seller’s restocking fee (“ Restocking Fee”) of twenty percent (20.0%) from the value of the Product order. SRSD will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Restocking Fee to the Buyer’s original payment method and other fees may apply such as processing and transaction fees.
iii. After a Product is shipped to Buyer, THE SALE IS FINAL, and it cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason.

Warranty & Damages:
Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Case might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.
If the product has any issues, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident.
If the problem was caused by us or our manufacturers we will take care of it.
