Made to order: allow 1–2 business days for review and scheduling after payment and option confirmation. Production takes 10–15 business days for standard TPE, 15–25 for standard silicone, or 25–40 for special customization. Inspection, photos and packaging are included; allow 1–3 business days for dispatch after completion and required photo approval.

International transit: standard tax-inclusive routes to the contiguous US and EU take approximately 15–25 business days after carrier handover. Standard routes to the UK, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Norway take 10–20 business days. Express service may be available at 7–15 business days; price and taxes are confirmed before payment.
