    Greatest customer service anyone could ask for

    This was my first time buying on BLD. And even though I discovered that a realistic doll is not for me David from the customer service gave his best to support me, answering 7 or 8 mails over the course of several weeks to ensure things work out for me.
    The doll itself was in good condition on arrival, only bearing minimal tears from shipping and shipping itself was fast. I can only recommend BLD if you consider buying a doll yourself.

    body shape is gorgeous, nice proportions. tpe seems a bit fragile, but i bought it during very hot period, and used it only during this period as i write this review. temperature was around 40-42°C celsius outside my appartment without air.conditionning, so it doesn't help. maintainance with baby oil and cornpowder or so with attention
