We offer free global shipping on all orders. The price shown on our website is the final price—we cover all handling and customs fees on our side.
There are no hidden charges.
Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain Islamic countries.
Important Note:
Orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway will require the customer to complete local customs clearance procedures.
Discreet Packaging
Your doll is shipped in a plain, unmarked cardboard box with no labels indicating the contents.
Please be aware that customs officers may open the box for inspection, especially for orders outside the USA.
Shipping Methods
All international orders to the USA and EU countries are shipped via the DDP shipping method for safe and reliable delivery by FedEx or UPS.
Production & Delivery Timeline
- Production begins within 24 hours after payment.
- Manufacturing time: 7–15 days
- Shipping time: 8–15 business days
- Estimated total time from order to delivery: 15–30 days

At AIBEI Doll, every doll is carefully handcrafted and inspected five times before packing & shipping to ensure the highest quality.
When your doll arrives, please inspect it thoroughly before use.
If you discover any factory-related quality issue (such as structural damage, breakage, or manufacturing defects), please:
- Do not use the doll
- Take clear photos/videos of the issue
- Contact us at kevin@aibeigirls.com within 24 hours of delivery
Once the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or return.
Please note: Used dolls cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Damages & Warranty
We only provide refunds or replacements for damage on arrival or genuine manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the doll
- Provide detailed descriptions + photos/videos

It is essential that you inspect the doll from head to toe before first use.
Improper use, mishandling, or accidental damage is not covered and will not qualify for return or exchange.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Production begins within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Please make sure your information is correct before submitting your order.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Within 24 hours (before processing starts): Free cancellation
- After the order has begun production: 20% cancellation fee will apply
- After doll production is completed: 50% cancellation fee will apply
- If the order has already been shipped: Cancellation is not accepted
Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We print your label exactly as provided.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refusal, failure to sign, etc.):
- A 50% processing fee will be charged
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
