What shipping company do you use ?

All International orders are shipped using FedEx or UPS.

Which countries do you ship to ?

We ship to all countries apart from India, Pakistan, UAE and Thailand due to sex toys been illegal and strict customs clearance.

Who is responsible for customs fees ?

Import Duties and VAT are levied by your local authority,we pay the customs fees.Please be assured that no hidden costs

What about your products’ quality ?

All products are realistic dolls for adults, which are mainly used for adult sex toys. It is made 100% according to real people. The doll skin is made from TPE or soft silicone, which is non-toxic, harmless and tasteless. The product does not produce oil, no deformation, no odor.

Is the packing careful enough ?

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. . There will be no information indicates that it’s a doll.

Which country are you based in and where do you ship from ?

All orders are shipped from China.

How long will it take to get my doll?

Once you have paid for your doll the production starts within 24 hours. Your doll should be ready for shipping within 7-14 days and delivery normally takes 3-7 business days.

Total time from ordering to receiving your doll is approximately 14-21 days from placing your order to your doll been delivered.

What are your payment methods ?

We provide four payment methods, they are American Express, Paypal, Master Card, and VISA.

Can i return my doll if i am not satisfied ?

Customer service is very important to us, In order to let you have the best doll, we strictly control the manufacturing process of the doll and double-check before delivery. When you receive your sex doll, be sure to check the doll carefully to make sure it is in good condition. If you find any quality problem caused by non-human factors such as breakage, please take a good picture, don’t use it, and contact us at service@aibeigirls.com within 14 days. It has been confirmed that there is a quality problem with the product. We will return or replace the other doll.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by replacing the original item or providing a refund. It will charge a 50% restocking fee.we can’t refund it if you have used the doll.

We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

However, in the event, you receive a defective product, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is important to include as much detail as possible including any images and videos, in which case email us at service@aibeigirls.com. We can then work to resolve the issue.So you must inspect it from head to toe before using on receipt of the doll. This is very important.

If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any return or exchange. You must have common sense and take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product.
