Our 3D modelling team designs a brand-new head, body or complete doll from your own reference photos, builds a dedicated mold and produces your one-of-one doll in TPE or platinum silicone at the AIBEI factory, which has made dolls since 2017.

What you need to provide
- Head: high-resolution 360° three-view photos (front, left, right, back). Facial features must be clear and in focus.
- Body: front, side and back photos without clothing, plus your measurements.
- No body photos? Choose “Approximate options” and our 3D team designs the proportions for you.
Payment & cancellation
One payment at checkout covers design, mold, production and international shipping. Bespoke is a custom order: once your project has started, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Privacy & consent
Uploaded files are stored privately and encrypted — never in a public folder. Only the project team can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery. The person in the references must be 18 or older and sign a likeness release. We don’t accept projects based on celebrities, public figures or anyone who hasn’t agreed to it.

How much does a custom sex doll cost at AIBEI?
A custom head costs $1,300 in TPE or $1,500 in silicone. A custom body costs $3,100 in TPE or $6,000 in silicone. A full custom doll (head and body) starts at $4,400. Each price covers 3D design, a dedicated mold, production and international shipping. Optional upgrades: hand-implanted hair +$150 (silicone head) and realistic skin texture +$2,300 (silicone body).
How long does a fully custom doll take?
A TPE head takes 33–50 days and a silicone head 37–60 days. A TPE body takes 53–65 days and a silicone body 57–85 days; realistic skin texture adds 20 days. When you order a head and body together they are made in parallel, so the timeline follows the longer of the two.
What is included in the price?
Three stages: design (3D modelling with up to 3 revisions), mold (a dedicated mold for your design) and production (casting, finishing and international shipping). You pay once at checkout.
Can I see and approve the design before production?
Yes. Our 3D team sends you the model for approval before the mold is made, and up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.
What reference photos do I need to provide?
For a head: high-resolution 360° photos from the front, left, right and back, with facial features clear and in focus. For a body: front, side and back photos without clothing plus measurements (height, weight, bust, under bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, foot length). No body photos? Choose approximate options and our team designs the proportions for you.
Can the doll look like a real person?
Only if that person is 18 or older and has given written consent, including a signed likeness release and ID for verification. We do not accept projects based on celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not agreed.
Should I choose TPE or silicone?
TPE is softer, lighter and more affordable. Silicone captures finer detail, lasts longer, is easier to clean, and is required for hand-implanted hair, ROS realistic oral and realistic skin texture.
Is shipping included and discreet?
Yes. International shipping is included in the price and every order ships in a plain, unmarked outer carton.
Are my reference photos kept private?
Uploaded files are stored privately and encrypted outside the public website. Only the project team can see them, and they are deleted 30 days after delivery.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Bespoke is made only for you, so once your project has started it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
